Label: This is a know style of the East West Musical Instrument company. You can find it here in their archive if and I've included a photograph from their archive of a women wearing the apple jacket. That being said, the original owner of this jacket removed the leather label. I'm guessing because the jacket is figure fitting soft leather the label probably created a lump under the closure that either showed through the jacket when worn or was uncomfortable. I've included a picture of where the label use to be.

Note: I realized that I got the white balance a bit off on this photo set. It's more of a tan brown color than how it appears in some pictures. More of a natural brownish tan and less yellow.
This beautiful jacket is made a very soft, aniline finish natural tan leather. It has two antler buttons on the front and two functional front pockets. The tops of the shoulders and the back are decorated with leather apple appliques. The leaves of the apples are suede which I think is a nice touch.
Condition: In very good vintage condition with signs of wear. The leather has marks and signs of it's previous life but nothing extremely obvious or significant. That being said, do not expect perfection here. I've photographed the most obvious flaws I can find, most of them are on the backs of the sleeves but there are some faint small marks on the front and back as well. Despite this the jacket presents quite well and has a lot of life left! The leather is soft and pliable with no odors.
Measurements: Keep in mind this is a jacket that is intended to be worn over other garments. It may be best to compare measurements to a similar jacket that you own.
